Running Stadium

Olympia

This is the stadium where the 200 meter sprint was raced. The 200 meter sprint was the first event to be perfumed at the Olympic Games. When we went to Olympia, we visited the stadium where the sprint was performed and even had the chance to run the race ourselves like the ancient Greeks did so long ago.

This is a picture of me at the starting line where the ancient athletes lined up to begin their race. It was an amazing experience to be able to visit this site as well as run the very race they did! The video of this is under the video tab of the blog!
