Museums

Ancient Greek History is a fascinating time period to study, however it can be difficult to piece together the complete picture of life in ancient times due to a lack of remaining artifacts. What has been excavated has been placed in museums around Greece. As part of the study abroad, we got to visit museums all over the country that contained an array of ancient artifacts, pottery, sculptures, and artwork. It was amazing to think that I was just an arms distance from something so full of cultural and historical significance. I chose some of my favorite artifacts that I saw in person over the weeks and put them bellow:
